Here are my 10 Tips for Healthy Living. I have plenty more tips to share with you, however the ones in this article came to my mind recently based on consulting with clients, my own personal experience, and research. The 10 tips for healthy living include:

1. Always use a shower filter. This will minimize your exposure to toxins in the water, such as fluoride, chlorine, and heavy metals. Fluoride causes negative health effects and can accumulate in the pineal gland. Do not take baths. Listen to episode #30 of my radio show “Tips to Keep You Healthy, Happy, and Motivated,” which is about the Dangers of Fluoride. I interviewed Paul Connett of the Fluoride Action Network.
2. Avoid Gluten.
3. Meditate daily. We have the conscious and the unconscious mind. Meditation has many benefits, including improved health, reduces stress, heals addictions, eliminates cravings to binge on food, feeling inner peace, being less affected by outer events, and more. The unconscious mind can cause hardship in your life, such as addictions, not being able to let go of emotional trauma, and other obstacles. Thoughts will be repeated in the unconscious mind that you are usually not aware of. By doing meditation, you are bringing up these thoughts to awareness and healing the unconscious mind. I had an eating disorder in my past and it was my unconscious thoughts in my mind that caused my addiction. A book I highly recommend to live in the present moment and quiet the mind is “Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle.
4. Eating organic foods and a healthy lifestyle is a must for everyone. Stay away from fast foods. Also, avoid genetically modified foods. This is a truth to prevent and reverse health issues.
5. Hair analysis is one of my favorite tests to assess health. It is important to do re-tests every three to six months. Hair mineral analysis reveals nutritive minerals and toxic metals. 6. Energy medicine is also essential to heal the mind, body, and soul. There are individuals who have energy blockages, which can affect their health. The energy blockages have to be addressed, so that health can go back in balance. I feel hair analysis and energy medicine are powerful together, especially for those who have gone through emotional trauma. We are soul. We have chakras and an aura.
7. Magnesium is very important for health. A deficiency in magnesium can lead to heart attacks and glucose regulation problems. There are indicators on a hair analysis that reveal a need for magnesium, such as a high calcium / magnesium (Ca/Mg) ratio. Always get a hair mineral analysis to know what exact nutrients you need.
8. Omega 3 Fatty Acids are needed, which you can obtain from:
- Supplementation
- Small fish, including sardines
- Pasture-fed meats, eggs, and raw dairy products
9. Avoid or reduce the many stress factors that can affect health, including:
- Unhealthy foods
- Poor body image. This can be addressed through meditation on a daily basis, which will bring attention inwards, instead of focusing on appearance.
- Toxic Metals and Chemicals
- Dehydration
- Emotional Issues and Financial Stress
- Vigorous Exercise
- Nutritional Deficiencies
- and more!
10. Your past lives and even your past in this lifetime can affect your health presently. I feel it is crucial to get a past life regression, so you have more understanding in this lifetime. Get answers to your questions. Find out your life’s purpose. Learn what occurred in your past lives. Understand why you are going through a struggle in this lifetime. Your unconscious mind holds on to everything you have been through, including your past lives.
