Hair Analysis of a 5 year Old; Cause Dark Circles Under Eyes

I recently reviewed a hair mineral analysis of a 5 year old girl.  Her mother stated that her daughter had dark circles under her eyes, constipation, and food allergies.  Her hair analysis revealed:

Hair Analysis Indicators

High Calcium/Magnesium Ratio (Ca/Mg):  23.  This is High.  An ideal ratio is 6.67 mg.  This indicates a magnesium deficiency.  A magnesium deficiency can contribute to constipation.

High Calcium / Potassium (High Ca/K) and Low Sodium / Magnesium (Low Na/Mg) Ratios:  Her Ca/K ratio (Thyroid) was at 41 and ideal is 4 mg.  The Na/Mg (Adrenal) was at .69 and ideal is 4.17.  Both of her ratios are associated with weak thyroid and adrenal activity at a cellular level.

Her hair analysis also revealed she had a high aluminum level at 2.92.  I do provide all clients and parents with a toxic metal source sheet.  The sheet reveals the toxic metal sources and it is important to reduce your exposure.  Also, the Increase Your Vitality program does eliminate toxins from the body.  She did have developmental delay around eight months old, however her doctor intervened and instructed her mother to stop all vaccinations.  Within one month, her development was right on track.  You can learn more about hair mineral analysis here.

Food Allergies

This 5 year old girl is sensitive to gluten and dairy.  I do recommend to all my clients that they always avoid gluten.  Since she is allergic to dairy, it is best to avoid it presently.  It is ideal to avoid foods you are allergic to.  The causes of food allergies include leaky gut, SIBO, and more.  Food allergies can go away in time when body chemistry becomes more balanced and an individual gets healthier.  This means for some clients, eventually they can add back in raw dairy to their diet and other foods they were once allergic to.  Organic and certified is always best when buying raw dairy products.  Some clients do better consuming goat rather than cow dairy.

Dark Circles Under Eyes

Cause Dark Circles Under Eyes:  Low sodium/potassium ratio: 1.24 mg.  Ideal is 2.5 mg.  A Low sodium/potassium ratio can be associated with kidney and liver stress, in addition to adrenal weakness.  I recently had a guest on my radio show who is an expert in face reading and she did state they dark circles under the eyes could indicate a kidney imbalance.  Listen to the interview here:
